We met Katherine over a year ago. She is truly gifted and we have been blessed to call her our dear friend. Katherine has helped us both with moving and balancing our energies. Recently, we participated in an Energy/Spirit Day with Katherine. It was absolutely beautiful and one of the most rewarding experiences my husband and I shared. I was having pain in my shoulder and Mike has lower back pain. With Katherine’s knowledge of energy and how to move and heal, we both left feeling refreshed, relaxed and no pain. Love her!!
